Q: Where are the events held?

Events are held at your home, or designated place. When using a public or private establishment request permission to have outside entertainment.  

 

 Q: Is there a travel charge? 

Tolls and travel charges will apply outside of the New York Metropolitan area which include the 5 boroughs, Nassau and Suffolk Counties.   

 

 Q: How to book an event?

Q: Are deposits required? 

 Yes, a deposit of half the party price is required when you book an event to hold the date and time specified. Deposits are non-refundable unless there is a timely cancellation.

Full payment required one week before the event.

Q: How do I cancel an event?

All cancellations must be made by email to theatrepartytogo@gmail.com .

Full refund (minus a $25.00 administration fee) on cancellations two (2) weeks prior to the party or event.

1/2 refund (minus a $25.00 administration fee) on cancellations one (1) week prior to party or event.

No refund will be granted for cancellations on the date of the event or party.
